Senior Systems Analyst Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)

Location: Hybrid Durham, NC or Burlington, NC
Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (once proficient)

Are you an Icertis pro-with a passion for optimizing contract lifecycle management (CLM)? Join Labcorp as a Senior Systems Analyst and play a key role in transforming how we manage contracts across our global organization.

In this dynamic role, youll collaborate closely with our Legal, IT, and Icertis teams to drive innovation, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration of our CLM platform. Your expertise will help shape the future of contract management at Labcorp.

What Youll Do:

• Partner with Legal to implement enhancements in ICI, including Designing and managing P2P processes

• Creating and updating contract templates, clauses, workflows, and user/security groups

• Serve as the first responder for critical system issues (Severity 1 & 2)

• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term solutions

• Support integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, and Single Sign-On

• Provide strategic guidance and technical support for future enhancements and integrations

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

• 25 years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform

• Icertis Certified (technical or functional) highly preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and project management abilities
