He came from Florida a few years back with a vision and is now producing with some of the heaviest hitters in the game. Kenny Smooth and Brian M.. Cox to be exact. I was fortunate enough to sit down with him this past weekend at North Lake Mall. His name is Myztro and he his handling his own in the “A”. Myztro started out playing the organ at age 3 and eventually began playing for his church on a regular basis. A friend of his asked him if he ever thought about making beats. His answer was no but he decided to give it a shot. Needless to say he has mastered it and is sharing his talent with some big names in Hip Hop and R&B. His humble list consist of names such as Case, Amarie, Rick Ross, and the up and coming Dru-Ski from BET’s College Hill. Myztro continues to DJ for the love of it and so he’ll always know what gets a crowd out of their seats. He is right on track with his career and even a little ahead of the schedule he has set for himself this year. He is a super producer, a fierce DJ, and has an ear for music that can’t be denied.
